Bollywood made its presence felt at the 4th Hira Manek Women’s achievers award which were held at Sun Ville Banquet, Worli, Mumbai.
Hardik Hundiya and Sunita Hundiya planned the 4th Hira Manek Awards which honours women from all walks of life. It was a symbol of empowering the women of India. The contemporary woman who juggles through daily chores, maintains cordial relations with her families and then looks up to achieving the unfinishewd goals of her dreams. That is what Hira Manek Women’s achievers award felicitated the actual heroes in life.
The lady with golden voice – Mubarak Begum was awarded lifetime achievement award for her contribution to the field of music with a cheque of Rs 51,000.
Maryam Zakaria, Chandi Perera, Ekta Jain, Hrishita Bhatt, RJ Rani Jha, Madhu Pal, Joyeta Mitra, Bharti Dubey, Manisha Kelkar, Jeevan Kala, Sharda Sinha, Dolly Bindra, Ritoo Jenjani, Sonu Kakkar, Urvashi Chaudhary, Nigar Shah and Gia Manek were prominent Bollywood faces among the many prominent women from different speheres of life who were awarded on occassion of Womens Day.
